Any information you submit through our website will be held securely and in the strictest of confidence. Your personal information will never be used or sold with or without your consent except for the exact purposes for which you have requested or for any of the purposes described below e.g. to confirm an appointment request receipt.

The only information we collect is related to the use of our web site. This information is anonymous and is gathered through our servers‘ log files. These log files record generic information, such as the number of visits our web site receives, the types of browsers used and the number of files downloaded, but never personal information. This log file information allows us to create better content aimed at our viewer‘s preferences.

Your information may be shared with 3rd party advertising companies including Google, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, Adroll/Nextroll, and other 3rd party advertising networks strictly for the purpose of serving targeted advertising and for measurement and analytics purposes.

Some of our pages use a feature of your browser called a “cookie.” Cookies, by themselves, are not able to extract any personal information from you. This cookie automatically identifies your computer – but not you – to our servers when you visit our site. We will never know who you are, even though we may assign your computer a cookie. Also our web site can only read cookies created by itself.

To show you the office nearest you, our site estimates your city from your IP address using a database kept on our own servers; your IP address is not sent to anyone else for this. IP Geolocation by DB-IP.

Google Ads, Facebook, Adroll/Nextroll, LinkedIn, and others are used to advertise across the Internet. Google Ads remarketing, Facebook, Adroll/Nextroll, LinkedIn, and other 3rd parties will display relevant ads tailored to you based on what parts of our website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your machine.

Realty85 agents can connect their own Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn profiles, X accounts, TikTok accounts and YouTube channels to ALF Social, Realty85's marketing tool, so that ALF can publish the posts and videos the agent creates and approves.

How connecting works. The agent signs in on the platform's own website and approves the permissions Realty85 asks for there. Realty85 never sees or stores the agent's password for that platform.

What we receive and keep. The platform sends us access keys limited to the permissions the agent approved, and basic account details: the account, Page or channel ID, its name and handle, the account type, and which permissions were granted. Access keys are encrypted before they are stored, and the encryption key is kept separately in a secure key service. Only Realty85's servers can use them, and only to do what the agent asks: list the agent's own Pages, accounts or channels so they can choose which to connect, check that a connection still works, and publish or schedule the agent's approved posts and videos.

What we don't do. We don't sell this information, use it for advertising or analytics, or share it with anyone except the platform the agent is posting to. The advertising and tracking described above applies to visitors of our website; it never uses data from connected accounts. We don't read the agent's private messages, contacts or followers. Each agent can see and use only their own connected accounts, and Realty85 staff don't read access keys.

Google and YouTube. When an agent connects a YouTube channel, Realty85 asks Google for permission to see the agent's YouTube channel and to upload videos to it. We use that only to show the agent which channel is connected and to upload the videos the agent approves. Realty85's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Uploads also follow the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Disconnecting and deletion. An agent can disconnect any account at any time from the Accounts page in ALF Social. Disconnecting deletes the stored access keys immediately, so ALF can no longer post to that account. The account name and ID stay on the agent's past post records until the agent asks us to delete them. To have everything deleted, follow the steps on our Data deletion page or email info@realty85.com. Agents can also remove Realty85's access in the platform's own settings, for example at myaccount.google.com/connections for Google and YouTube.

This section supplements the information contained in this Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who are residents of the State of California, as defined in Section 17014 of Title 18 of the California Code of Regulations.
